This week I talk to James from Quinola, an independent supplier of quinoa and quinoa products.
James left the world of finance in 2012 with the vision of setting up a Fairtrade food business. He had never even heard of quinoa when he discovered it in Peru.
Fast forward nearly ten years and his enthusiasm for supporting a better food supply business has not waned. Through the brand of Quinola they have created the Generous Revolution, which is not only committed to supporting farmers, it is aware of every stage of growing, sourcing, supply and production.
By providing the best quality food, reducing their environmental impact and supporting their suppliers and growers he is creating a business that we can all aspire to.
